Our Founder

Mona, the Founder Of Beaming Brite Mentoring Inc, has been a beaming light in the lives of the youth she has mentored and taught throughout the years.  Mona pursued and holds a Masters in Education as well as her Specialist in Educational Leadership. She’s a creative minded individual, an Educator with 18+ years working in the public school sector with k-12 students. She has worked in the private sector as well running a successful Educational Program for young men from ages 16-21. She is a lover of adventure and always seeks to live life to the fullest. She believes that any youth can achieve their dreams with guidance and support. 

What keeps her focus is understanding that, “when educating the minds of our youth, we must not forget to educate their hearts.”
