As the Founder of Beaming Brite Mentoring Inc., Mona has served as a true beacon of hope and inspiration for the countless young people she has guided over the years. Driven by a deep passion for learning and growth, she earned both a Master’s in Education and an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership.

Mona’s impressive 18+ year career spans the public school sector, where she has enriched the lives of K-12 students through her creative approach to teaching. Beyond public education, she has also excelled in the private sector, successfully directing an impactful educational program tailored for young men ages 16 to 21. Fueled by a love for adventure and a philosophy of living life to the absolute fullest, Mona operates on one unwavering belief: with the right guidance, encouragement, and support, every single young person has the power to achieve their highest dreams.

What keeps her focus is understanding that, “when educating the minds of our youth, we must not forget to educate their hearts.”
